Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine:
Initial Visit: (75-90 minutes)
Follow-Up Visit: (60 minutes)
(All acupuncture visits include the use of adjunctive (moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, electro-acupuncture, tui na) techniques when determined appropriate by practitioners at no additional cost to the patient. There is no additional charge for herbal consultations/formulations with acupuncture treatments. The cost of herbs, although, are not included and prices will vary depending on the formula(s) prescribed.)
Herbal Medicine Only:
Initial Consult: (45 minutes)
Follow-Up Consult: (30 minutes)

Smoking/Alcohol/Drug Cessation Programs:
Programs consist of 8-30 minute treatments, received twice per week during a one month period. (Customized programs may be further discussed with your practitioner)
30-Minute Stress Relief Treatments:
Find relaxation in just 30 minutes - Acupuncture is one of the best ways to relieve stress by calming the mind and helping the body to relax and restore its natural balance. In only 30-minutes, you can feel rested, restored and energized. Take a lunch break and return to work feeling refreshed and focused.
60-Minute Stress Relief Treatments:

Immune-Strengthening Treatments:
With all the pressure we put on ourselves on a daily basis, compounded by the frequent New England weather changes, its no wonder many of us are susceptible to frequent and perpetual colds, coughs, sore throats and dips in our over-all energy levels. With the 60-minute Immune-Strengthening acupuncture treatments, we will focus on strengthening the foundation of your immune system to help keep you healthy and balanced throughout all the changing seasons.
Abdominal-Organ Detox Sessions:
Abdominal-Organ Detox Sessions (60 minutes) consist of a relaxing
combination of acupuncture, gentle abdominal massage and the use of warm
castor oil packs. Regular treatments may help with: menstrual
cramping, fibroids, digestive problems, constipation, promotion of
intestinal peristalsis, elimination of toxins throughout the body,
enhancement of organ functioning and overall increase in energy.
Discounts:
Discounts are available when 4
or more 60-minute acupuncture sessions are purchased in advance as well
as as a thank you to you, each time you refer a new patient to our clinic. Additional promotions may be available throughout the year-check with your practitioner and on the website for updates.
Office Policies
Appointments:
Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment so that you can reserve the time that works best for you.
Payment and Insurance:
Payment in full is required at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we currenlty accept cash, check and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Any checks that are returned will be subject to a $25 fee which will require immediate payment. If your insurance will cover acupuncture, we will gladly provide you with the information needed for reimbursement so that you can submit your claim directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. If possible, Turning Leaf Acupuncture will submit your claim depending on your specific insurance plan coverage.
Cancellation and Late Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved solely for you,
consequently, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to your appointment
. You may leave a message on our voice mail system at any time of day
to cancel your appointment, and it will date and time stamp your call.
If you are unable to cancel your appointment 24-hours in advance, a
cancellation charge for the full treatment fee will apply. (If you
must cancel due to an emergency, please explain to the clinic.)
Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointment. If you
find that you are running late, please call the clinic to let your
practitioner know and we will do our best to accommodate you, depending
on schedule availability.
